Andrea was introduced to the construction industry in 2001 working at Trench Tech, Inc. as a project coordinator. In March 2005, she joined the Silver Fern team as development coordinator and worked up the ladder of the firm, learning the details of construction management and entitlements. Her area if expertise is in supporting the development process from the beginning stages of due diligence and entitlements to jurisdictional acceptance.

She is a native Arizonan, growing up in Tucson. She moved to the Valley of the Sun in 2001. In her spare time she enjoys sewing and baking.
