Silver Fern was founded in 1986 as a provider of construction management services to residential homebuilders for small to medium-sized projects. Much like the Metropolitan Phoenix area around us, Silver Fern has grown and branched out over the years expanding our client base as well as the size and complexity of our projects.

Throughout our history, we have proven the ability to thrive under any circumstances. Harsh market conditions in 2006 forced many companies in our industry out of business. Instead, we capitalized on that opportunity and established partners to help us accomplish our goals. For example, we’ve partnered with land-bank financiers to offer flexible land-bank programs to homebuilders for new or existing parcels.

Silver Fern has also teamed with lobbying groups to perform a variety of outreach strategies with key government stakeholders who have the ability to influence the infrastructure projects.
