Andrea Alegria, Land Development Manager

Andrea began her career with Silver Fern Management in March 2005. As the Land Development Manager, Andrea is not only successful in guiding clients through jurisdictions and their processes but is highly skilled in coordination between all entities associated with the plan review process including the civil engineer, landscape architect and approving agency. Andrea is a key resource to our clients during the plan approval process by ensuring plans are submitted for utility conflicts, plan submittals are coordinated and tracked, review of comments provided by agency are reviewed, coordination of easements, utility abandonments and/or relocations.

Andrea is a native Arizonan, growing up in Tucson. Metro Phoenix has been her home since 2001. She is a member of the Home Builders Association of Central Arizona.
