Drew Degrassi, Project Manager/Estimator

Drew has been with Silver Fern since April 2005, as an estimator he excels at digging into the project for a total true cost basis. He experience on the estimating side brings a benefit to our clients when he serves as their project manager role. Drew directs daily operations during construction process of Land Development and consults on project drawings and dry utility coordination. He provides complete project estimating, verifies quantities on civil drawings and provides new project estimates, obtains contractor estimates and compiles comparison spreadsheet, and manages construction budgets and tracks cost control. Additionally, Drew provides research and resolution for distressed properties.
