Mari Flynn, Vice President Land Development

Mari has over 22 years of experience in the acquisition investigation, entitlement, development and homebuilding industry. As Vice President of Land Development, Mari reviews and analyzes of all the due diligence materials for perspective clients. Her experience in review and assistance in negotiations of municipality per-annexation and development agreements, CFD and ID formations, bond sales, lot split district approvals, joint private party development and cost sharing agreements is unparalleled. She also reviews the status of entitlements completed to date and generates summaries of status and exposure. She will extrapolate documents including purchase agreements, title, homeowners association related documents, soil, environmental and governing instruments encumbering the property. She oversees and/or coordinates completion of the entitlement process including annexations, zoning, land planning, platting and preparation of infrastructure construction documents from raw land to recorded final plat. Has the ability to draft zoning narratives and serves as the client liaison during the entitlement process.

Mari is an active member of Urban Land Institute, Valley Partnership, Construction Managers Association of America, and Turnaround Management Association. Mari is an active contributor and supporter of the American Cancer Society’s “Relay for Life”.
