Stephen Ochoa, Vice President of Construction

As part of the Silver Fern Management team for the past 12 years, Stephen brings over 15 years of experience and knowledge in the construction and land development industry to our clients and insures all expectations are met. As the Vice President of Construction, Stephen manages the development process for Silver Fern’s clients in addition to establishing and adhering to project budgets and schedules.

Prior to joining Silver Fern Management, Stephen was a Foreman with MTC Construction overseeing all aspects of the grading operations of their residential communities. Prior to MTC Construction, Steven worked for Meadow Valley Construction and R.E. Monks checking grades for heavy equipment operators.

Stephen is a veteran of the Unites States Marine Corps who served his country during “Operation Restore Hope” in Somalia. He is an active member of the Homebuilders Association of Central Arizona, Construction Management Association of America, American Public Works Association, and Turnaround Management Association.

Stephen is OSHA Certified.
