Budget Preparation

• Coordinate with project civil engineer and jurisdiction to address approvals of project plans
• Identify incomplete work in order to obtain jurisdictional acceptances
• Prepare a cost to complete budget for remaining improvements
• Prepare a cost-to-date budget for completed improvements prior to termination of project, calculated at the current market value
