Our services include:

• Develop an integrated critical path schedule
• Research the inspection process from procurement of permits, proper inspection requests, jurisdiction specifications, and final acceptance
• Review plans and assist in resolving any conflicts during the course of construction
• Assist with the inspection process to ensure proper procedures and specifications are met.  Review subcontractor safety manuals to ensure OSHA and all other regulation conformance
• Conduct daily onsite coordination on all construction activities
• Complete final inspection with client and applicable municipality inspector
