  • Review and conduct document search to obtain shortfall in documents received from Seller
  • Review applicable Ordinance(s) and Codes for compliance and encumbrances
  • Review and/or coordinate project-specific conditional reports
  • Coordinate with City or private utility provider(s)
  • Review title report for project specific issues
  • Review all agreements for obligations and compliance
  • Determine status of permits, plat, and approvals
  • Review all Homeowners Association (HOA) documents for funding obligations, compliance, and restrictions
  • Analyze impact fee, community facility district(s), and/or improvement district(s) obligations and status
